I am a self-guided multi-faceted artist with a passion for creating art. I’ve been in business creating jewelry, accessories, & decor since 2012 and have traveled from coast to coast doing so. I’m currently located in Orlando, Fl.
“My work is an extension of myself and the world around me. As an introvert, I don’t particularly like to stand out in a crowd, so I typically make small, minimalist pieces vs. big and bold.
My business has traveled from Virginia, Arizona, California, and Florida. My favorite place to build inspiration thus far has been Arizona with its mountainous landscape and saguaro cacti.”
What does being queer mean to you in relation to your material choices? Is it something you consider?
“Materials aren’t something I consider as far as it relates to me being queer."
"Gradient Ring", Sterling silver, patina, .5", 2018
Is the work queer because the maker is queer, or is it queer because the subject matter is queer?
“The work is queer because the maker is queer in my own personal case."
Anything else you would like to share about this work? This can be an important part of the process, sourcing materials, or research.
“This ring has been created tens of times since 2018. There are such a limited amount of them in the world, and each one is unique for the wearer since each was completely hand fabricated. It has been one of my beloved treasures to make!”
